French novelist Gustave Flaubert probably said it best ― “Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world,” and I couldn't agree more. The thing that I love most about traveling is the humility it gives you. When you go out for an adventure, you realize just how vast the world is and how insignificant your silly problems are. On top of that, I'd like to think that it has also deeply strengthened our bond as a couple.
